Content & Communication Strategist

About the role

PacificMessages is seeking a creative Content & Communication Strategist to shape and deliver compelling brand narratives across digital and traditional channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging that resonates with our customers in the Energy & Utilities sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop engaging content for websites, social media, newsletters, and print materials.
• Manage brand communication and maintain a cohesive voice across all platforms.
• Craft stories that connect with target audiences and support business objectives.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to align visual and textual elements.
• Assist customer relationship functions when needed, providing clear and persuasive communication.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in content creation or communications.
• HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, English or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
