Community & Campus Manager

About the role

The Community & Campus Manager will be the frontline representative of To Go Mobility Systems at the University of Lagos and its surrounding areas. You will manage a dedicated bus stop, transport hub or terminal, driving adoption of the To Go platform among students, staff and local commuters.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with existing drivers and recruit new drivers to expand the network.
• Onboard passengers, primarily UNILAG students, and promote the platform.
• Map, monitor and update transportation routes for optimal service.
• Collect market insights from customers and drivers to inform strategy.
• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with campus groups and local stakeholders.
• Drive growth and performance of the assigned terminal, aiming to increase passenger adoption and strengthen community engagement.

Required profile

• High-potential individual with strong community focus and proactive attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with drivers, students and partners.
• Ability to gather and analyse market feedback.
• Motivation to achieve targets for passenger adoption and driver network expansion.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills are required; a willingness to learn and adapt to the mobility platform is essential.
