Clinical Psychologist (Therapy & Assessment)

About the role

MantraCare is seeking a qualified Clinical Psychologist to provide therapeutic and assessment services to a diverse client base. The role involves delivering evidence‑based interventions, conducting psychological evaluations, and supporting clients in managing mental health challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one therapy and counselling sessions.
• Manage clinical cases including anxiety, depression, OCD, stress and related concerns.
• Perform psychological assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress.
• Ensure ethical, confidential handling of all client information.
• Coordinate with internal teams for case management and follow‑ups.
• Provide online or international sessions when required.

Required profile

• M.Phil in Clinical Psychology or equivalent.
• Valid RCI license (mandatory).
• Relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Empathetic and professional approach to client care.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evening shifts.
