Clinical Delivery Manager

About the role

We are looking for a senior Clinical Delivery Manager to lead the clinical realization, commissioning and operational readiness of a new 350‑bed tertiary hospital in Uyo, Nigeria. The role will oversee the integration of construction, high‑tech medical equipment and clinical workflows to ensure a world‑class opening.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Clinical Delivery Team, including biomedical engineers, coordinators and delivery cluster leads.
• Own and manage the master room‑by‑room clinical brief for the entire facility.
• Coordinate directly with international consultants, OEMs and specialist healthcare vendors.
• Interface with construction, architectural, structural and MEP teams to ensure infrastructure readiness.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of advanced healthcare systems and equipment.
• Drive operational readiness, clinical commissioning programmes and hospital activation planning.
• Ensure all clinical areas are safe, compliant and fully functional before go‑live.

Required profile

• A degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a healthcare project leader managing large‑scale hospital delivery.
• Senior‑management level experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Experience with Siemens Healthineers equipment.
• Experience with GE Healthcare solutions.
• Familiarity with Fresenius medical devices.
• Knowledge of Mindray diagnostic and monitoring systems.
• Understanding of Olympus endoscopic technologies.
