Civil Engineer (Part‑time, Hybrid)

About the role

The company is seeking a part‑time Civil Engineer to work on a hybrid basis from Ibadan. You will design and plan infrastructure projects such as irrigation systems, stormwater management solutions and other civil works, supporting sustainable development for diverse communities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments and gather data for project planning.
• Create detailed engineering designs using AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
• Develop irrigation and stormwater management solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and quality standards.
• Oversee project execution, monitoring progress and addressing technical issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven expertise in civil engineering design and general engineering principles.
• Knowledge of stormwater management techniques and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience in construction, irrigation or agricultural infrastructure is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
