Chief Operating Officer (COO)

About the role

Crown Interactive is seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer to lead daily operations and drive operational excellence across its software and SaaS solutions. The COO will partner with the CEO to scale the business, optimise processes and ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Collaborate with the executive team to define business goals and KPIs.
• Improve internal processes, technology adoption and workflow efficiency to support scalability.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring productivity and quality standards.
• Manage budgets, cost control and financial performance.
• Lead, mentor and inspire high‑performing teams.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, leveraging data analysis and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level experience in a software or technology company, preferably as COO, VP of Operations or similar.
• Proven track record of scaling startups or high‑growth tech organisations.
• Strong business acumen with experience in strategic planning and process optimisation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication and decision‑making skills.
