About the role
We are looking for a diligent Cashier/Teller to manage cash transactions, process payments and deliver excellent customer service at our Delta location. The role involves handling daily cash flow, reconciling records and supporting customers with their payment enquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and process cash, POS, transfer and other customer payments.
- Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Verify cash and payment details before completing transactions.
- Balance cash and reconcile transactions at the end of each day.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally.
- Report discrepancies, shortages or payment issues promptly.
- Maintain proper documentation of all transactions.
- Follow company cash‑handling and security procedures.
Required profile
- OND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Cashier, Teller or similar role.
- Honest, responsible and detail‑oriented.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure.
