Business Growth and Development Manager

About the role

The Business Growth and Development Manager will lead the design and execution of enterprise growth strategies for Edible Euphoria, aligning initiatives with the department’s vision and the broader banking, finance and insurance landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable business models that enhance sustainability and competitiveness.
• Identify new market opportunities, conduct feasibility studies and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Offer advisory support to entrepreneurs and business leaders on growth planning and operational excellence.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with investors, government agencies and private‑sector stakeholders.
• Monitor project outcomes, set KPIs and prepare executive reports for senior leadership.
• Design and deliver training, mentorship and workshop programmes for SMEs and startups.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in business development, enterprise growth, strategy or commercial management.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable growth strategies.
• Experience working with SMEs, startups or investment ecosystems.
