Business Development / Sales Executive

About the role

The Business Development / Sales Executive will drive growth by identifying new market opportunities and building strong client relationships. This role reports to senior management and works closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for the banking, finance, and insurance sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to pinpoint potential clients, industry trends, and business opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads through multiple sales and marketing channels.
• Develop and present compelling business proposals and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records and produce periodic business development reports.
• Represent the company at networking events, meetings, and industry engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
• Strong research, lead generation, and prospecting abilities.
• Experience preparing proposals, bids, and business presentations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM tools.
