Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth for StreSERT Integrated Limited by identifying new opportunities, crafting winning proposals, and building strategic partnerships across the agriculture and food‑nutrition sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities
• Develop winning proposals
• Build strategic partnerships
• Engage clients and development partners
• Support resource mobilisation to expand the organisation's consulting and project portfolio

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Biochemistry, Agriculture, Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields
• At least 6 years of experience in an agricultural, food or nutrition company
• Post‑graduate qualification (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) is an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication and report‑writing abilities
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel and work independently while managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
