Business Development Manager

About the role

Altioris Technologies builds dedicated, embedded engineering teams for European technology companies. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to own the full sales cycle – from target identification to signed contract – for their engineering‑as‑a‑service offering.

Key responsibilities

• Build and convert a pipeline of European technology firms, focusing on CTOs, VP Engineering leaders, and technical co‑founders.
• Design and refine outreach approaches that capture the attention of technical buyers.
• Develop selective channel partnerships that generate qualified pipeline.
• Report against agreed targets: discovery calls booked, proposals sent, contracts signed.

Required profile

• Proven record of personally closing B2B technology service deals (staffing, consulting, managed services, SaaS, etc.).
• Ability to build a pipeline from scratch without relying on pre‑generated leads.
• Comfortable speaking with CTOs or VP Engineering and understanding technical buyers' priorities.
• Independent decision‑maker who can act without constant sign‑off.
• Can name specific deals closed, the context, and the approach used.
