About the role
The Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth for a fast‑growing hospitality group in Abuja. You will identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships and enhance the brand’s market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and partners.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and corporate agreements.
- Drive occupancy growth and increase brand visibility across markets.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve customer acquisition.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication and networking abilities.
- Hospitality industry experience is an advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting revenue targets.

- Competitive salary range of ₦350,000 – ₦400,000 (negotiable).
