Business Development Executive - Real Estate

About the role

FIPS Real Estate Development Limited is a real estate development, management and marketing company focused on land and modern housing solutions. It is hiring a full-time, hybrid Business Development Executive in Lagos to grow its client base and Realtor network. The role involves building client relationships, researching the market and presenting property and investment offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate leads
• Build and manage client relationships and present property and investment offerings to prospective clients
• Coordinate property viewings, prepare proposals, negotiate terms and follow up to close sales
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and sales activities
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
• Contribute to growth and brand visibility strategies
• Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline status and market trends

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field preferred
• Experience in real estate, property marketing or related industries is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Lagos, meet targets, manage time effectively and uphold professional ethics

Required skills

• New business development and lead generation, with a track record of converting prospects
• Sales process knowledge, market awareness and basic financial understanding
• Clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation
• Account management and client relationship handling
• Proficiency with CRM tools, basic office software and online research is beneficial
