Business Development Executive

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Identify, prospect and secure new business opportunities in public and private sectors.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns and industry events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, presentations and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design customized GIS, drone and surveying solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in business development, sales or account management.
• Experience in technology, GIS, surveying, drone or engineering industries is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales and business development strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and travel when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM software for pipeline and client management.
