About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the market footprint of the Group. This target‑driven position requires a proactive, results‑oriented professional with a strong commercial mindset.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in line with the Group’s strategic objectives.
  • Support the design and execution of business development initiatives, market entry strategies, and revenue expansion projects.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to uncover growth opportunities and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver compelling business presentations, proposals, and pitches.
  • Manage and grow client accounts while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Source, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
  • Represent the Group at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Drive deals from prospecting to closure, ensuring revenue targets are met.
  • Prepare regular business reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
  • Support the Head of Business Development in achieving departmental goals.

Required profile

  • Strong understanding of financial services, investment products, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence decision‑making, negotiate favorable terms, and close deals.
  • Strong research and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on market data analysis.
  • Proven track record of building long‑term partnerships and client networks.
  • Self‑driven, proactive, and able to deliver against set targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (CIM, CFA) are a plus.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within financial services, investment, or consulting.
