About the role

The Bartender prepares and serves drinks to guests in a hotel bar environment, ensuring high standards of quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Prepare drink orders according to recipes, measure ingredients, and garnish drinks.
Open, serve, and manage wine/champagne bottles, and maintain bar inventory.
Keep the bar area, tables, and tools clean and well‑stocked, including ice, glassware, and paper supplies.
Process all payment methods, count cash at shift end, complete cashier reports, and secure receipts.
Follow company safety, security, and uniform policies, and report any incidents.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 1 year of related bartending or food‑and‑beverage experience.
No supervisory experience required.
