About the role
The Aviation Superintendent will play a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and regulatory‑compliant aviation operations while supporting the organisation’s commitment to protecting people, assets, and the environment.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure safe, efficient and regulatory‑compliant aviation operations.
- Lead aviation safety programmes and drive operational excellence.
- Manage risk associated with flight activities in oil‑and‑gas environments.
- Protect people, assets and the environment through robust safety governance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Sciences or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of aviation operations experience, including direct support to oil and gas environments.
- 5‑10 years in senior operational leadership positions such as Chief Pilot, Standards Captain, Training Captain, Managing Pilot, Fleet Manager or equivalent.
- Valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) or equivalent professional aviation qualification.
