About the role
ZICS is a leading Nigerian manufacturer of premium doors, gates, and custom‑built furniture. The apprenticeship program offers hands‑on training in a fast‑growing, tech‑enabled manufacturing environment, allowing participants to work on real projects while learning from experienced professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to product design and 3D modelling using CAD software.
- Perform welding tasks on metal components.
- Produce CNC‑cut furniture pieces as a carpenter.
- Apply surface finishes and protective coatings as an industrial painter.
- Operate CNC machines to fabricate parts.
Required skills
- CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- Welding techniques
- CNC machining operation
- Industrial painting and coating application
