Ads and Funnel expert

About the role

We are looking for an Ads and Funnel expert to lead paid media campaigns and optimise the customer journey. The role will focus on driving acquisition and revenue growth for our manufacturing & warehousing business.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Google and YouTube.
• Structure campaigns, audiences and budgets to meet business goals and revenue targets.
• Monitor performance daily, optimise key metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS) and scale winning ads.
• Identify and fix under‑performing ads quickly.
• Continuously test creatives, messaging, targeting and offers.
• Build and optimise landing and product pages to improve conversion rates.
• Align ads with landing pages and offers, working with design and content teams.
• Improve website visibility through SEO and optimise product pages for relevant keywords.
• Implement and maintain tracking systems such as Meta Pixel, Conversion API and Google Tag Manager.
• Analyse data, translate insights into actionable recommendations and manage advertising budgets efficiently.
• Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends and identify new acquisition channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) or equivalent.
• At least 48 months (4 years) of experience in a similar paid‑media role.
