About the role
Bucksfield Asset Management Limited is seeking a full‑time Wealth Manager (Sales) to join its Lagos office. You will work directly with high‑net‑worth clients, delivering tailored financial and investment advice while driving sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Provide personalized financial planning and investment recommendations.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve client portfolio targets.
- Design comprehensive financial plans and facilitate investment management.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Stay informed on market trends and regulatory developments.
Required profile
- Proven experience in financial planning, wealth management or related financial services.
- Strong knowledge of investment management and portfolio evaluation.
- Understanding of finance and insurance principles to address client needs holistically.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical abilities.
- Demonstrated sales track record in the financial sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
- Professional certifications (CFA, CFP or equivalent) are a plus.
- Willingness to work onsite in Lagos and engage clients in person.
