Wealth Manager – Part-Time

About the role

Redbiller Technologies is looking for a part‑time Wealth Manager to develop and manage a portfolio of individual and corporate clients in Lagos. The role centres on mobilising deposits, achieving growth targets and delivering exceptional banking services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of individual and corporate clients.
• Mobilise deposits and meet assigned business growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Identify new business opportunities and cross‑sell the bank’s products and services.
• Conduct regular market visits and client engagements.
• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely loan repayments where applicable.
• Prepare and submit periodic business performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with the bank’s policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum five years of proven experience in wealth management, relationship management, account management or business development within a micro‑finance bank, commercial bank or other financial institution.
• Strong deposit mobilisation and customer acquisition skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed business targets.
• Professional certifications in banking or finance are an added advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
