About the role

Advancly Technologies Nigeria Limied is seeking a proactive Wealth Manager to drive investor acquisition and deposit mobilization. You will work remotely, building strong relationships with individual and institutional investors while supporting the company’s growth in the financial sector.

Key responsibilities

• Source and acquire new investors through outreach, networking, and relationship‑building activities.
• Mobilize deposits and maintain a robust pipeline of investors.
• Develop and present customized investment proposals and pitch materials.
• Foster long‑term relationships with existing investors by providing updates, reports, and insights.
• Partner with marketing to create impactful investor engagement strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify investment trends and new funding opportunities.
• Coordinate investor communications, including newsletters, financial updates, and events.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, reporting standards, and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate investor records and CRM data.
• Provide regular performance and activity reports to leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in wealth management, investor relations, or business development within the financial sector.
• Proven success in deposit mobilization or investor acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and project‑management skills.
• Solid understanding of investment products, financial markets and regulatory frameworks.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
