Warehouse Assistant

About the role

The Warehouse Assistant will support our logistics operations by handling the pickup and delivery of items to customers across Lagos. This role combines warehouse duties with on‑road delivery responsibilities, ensuring timely and safe service. You will work closely with the operations team to meet delivery targets while maintaining high standards of care for parcels.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver items to customers promptly and safely.
• Verify delivery information such as addresses and contact details before dispatch.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivery.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed within the assigned time frame.
• Communicate effectively with customers and the operations team.
• Handle packages with care to prevent damage.
• Adhere to all road safety rules and regulations.
• Perform basic maintenance checks on the motorcycle.

Required profile

• Valid rider’s license.
• Physically fit and able to handle deliveries.
• Trustworthy, punctual, and responsible.
• Basic English communication skills.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Lagos routes and traffic patterns.
• Ability to read and follow maps or use GPS applications.
