Teacher / Centre Manager

About the role

Solynta Academy is seeking a dynamic professional to combine classroom teaching with centre management responsibilities. You will ensure smooth daily operations while supporting student learning and fostering strong relationships with parents and the local community.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day centre operations, including class schedules, breaks, after‑school activities, and facility readiness.
• Monitor and maintain power, internet, computers and other equipment.
• Ensure a safe, supervised, and disciplined learning environment for students.
• Track student attendance, behaviour, wellbeing and participation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, providing timely updates on progress and centre activities.
• Collaborate with teachers to monitor student progress and identify additional support needs.
• Promote enrolment by welcoming prospective families, conducting tours and supporting onboarding.
• Represent Solynta Academy positively within the local community.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in school administration, teaching, learning‑centre management or operations.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication abilities.
• Residence on Lagos Island.

What we offer

• Monthly salary between NGN 70,000 and NGN 150,000.
• Full‑time, permanent position.
