Tailor – Custom Garments Production

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Tailor to join our Lagos production team, creating high‑quality custom garments for our customers. You will work closely with designers and clients to deliver perfectly fitted clothing while maintaining our brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Construct custom garments such as suits, shirts, trousers and dresses from pattern to finished product.
• Alter and repair store‑bought or existing clothing, including seams, hems, cuffs, zippers and buttons.
• Conduct client fittings, mark adjustments and ensure final pieces meet fit expectations.
• Meet daily production targets while upholding quality and safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE qualification.
• At least 2 years proven experience in tailoring, garment production or fashion manufacturing.
• Experience with women’s and children’s ready‑to‑wear garments is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, measurements, fabrics, cutting and finishing.
• Ability to read and work from patterns, sketches and garment samples independently.
• Willingness to follow Nomeelux production standards and report issues promptly.
