Supply Base Supervisor

About the role

The Supply Base Supervisor will lead the supply base operations for Habrams Energy Services in Lagos, ensuring seamless inventory, logistics and warehouse management to support oil & gas projects across the Gulf of Guinea.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily supply base activities, including inventory control, material receipt, storage and dispatch.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams to align material availability with construction and operational schedules.
• Maintain accurate records in SAP (MM) and generate regular Excel reports on stock levels, movements and variances.
• Monitor warehouse performance, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks, propose corrective actions and support de‑bottlenecking projects.

Required profile

• 3–10 years of experience in inventory, logistics or warehouse management.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP, preferably the MM module.
