Store & Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Store & Sales Coordinator will oversee finished‑goods store operations and support sales coordination activities. This role ensures accurate inventory, timely dispatch, and smooth interaction between transporters, stores, and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch of finished goods using FEFO/FIFO practices.
• Monitor loading schedules and liaise with transporters, stores, and customers to guarantee on‑time deliveries.
• Prepare sales orders, pick lists, delivery notes, invoices, and export documentation.
• Cross‑check products, batches, quantities, and expiry dates before dispatch.
• Maintain 100% physical and system inventory accuracy and monitor stock aging.
• Report near‑expiry products promptly and ensure storage complies with GMP standards.
• Submit weekly loading and sales reports to management.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation for store and distribution activities.
• Support sales representatives and the department head with operational and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or distribution center operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of SAP Sales Module (highly preferred).
• Good understanding of inventory management and FEFO/FIFO practices.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and record‑keeping abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities in a fast‑paced environment.
