Social Media Manager

About the role

Wale Adenuga Productions is hiring a Social Media Manager in Lagos to manage and grow its social media presence. The role covers content creation, community engagement and reporting on performance, with a monthly remuneration of NGN 120,000 to 150,000.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts across major platforms.
• Develop creative content ideas that fit the brand's identity and entertainment focus.
• Plan, create and coordinate posts, videos, captions and promotional materials.
• Monitor audience engagement, reply to comments and messages and encourage interaction.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and digital content formats to improve online visibility.
• Support the promotion of programmes, campaigns and other entertainment content.
• Track social media performance and give regular updates on engagement and audience growth.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for entertainment, social media and digital content.
• Strong creativity and ability to generate fresh, engaging content ideas.
• Good written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to plan content, manage several tasks and work well with a team.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of major social media platforms and their content formats.
