About the role
Supervise production activities during assigned shifts, ensuring efficiency and quality while coordinating the team.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and control production processes to maximize efficiency and meet targets.
- Share daily reports with management on production metrics, downtimes and performance.
- Facilitate seamless transition between production operations during shift changes.
- Maintain production documentation and oversee equipment operation and maintenance.
- Manage and coordinate the work of production workers and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading a manufacturing team.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking and ability to work night shifts.
- Effective communication skills and excellent crisis management and adaptation abilities.
- Flexibility to work day or night shifts in a fast‑paced environment.
