About the role

VIISAUS is seeking a senior product leader to shape and ship digital products that drive measurable impact for clients across Africa. The role sits at the core of the product lifecycle, from discovery and MVP creation through to scaling successful solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead agile product teams to deliver high‑impact digital solutions.
• Align cross‑functional stakeholders around product vision and roadmap.
• Translate complex client requirements into clear, actionable product plans.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, ensuring smooth transition from discovery to launch and scale.
• Drive product strategy that aligns with VIISAUS’s data‑driven impact mission.

Required profile

• 7+ years of relevant product management experience.
• At least 2 years in a product leadership role.
• Background in consulting, GovTech, civic‑tech, or digital transformation projects.
• Comfort operating across the entire product lifecycle.
