Senior Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will be based on‑site in Ibadan and act as the primary HR liaison between the RxAll Group CEO and the Nigeria team. This role ensures day‑to‑day HR operations align with Nigerian labour law while supporting the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR functions including attendance, leave administration, and staff discipline.
• Handle employee relations cases, conduct investigations, and resolve grievances.
• Oversee performance management cycles, goal setting, reviews and improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour and employment regulations.
• Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, organisational design and change management.
• Develop and continuously improve HR policies, processes and programmes.
• Use HR data and metrics to inform decision‑making and drive organisational improvements.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in HR and HR policy design and implementation.
• Proven expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution and investigations.
• Working knowledge of Nigerian labour and employment law.
• Experience in performance management and coaching managers.
• Ability to act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning and change initiatives.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
