Scrum Master – Junior to Consultant Levels

About the role

We are looking for a Scrum Master to support one or more Agile teams across the organization. The role is open to candidates at junior, intermediate, specialist or consultant levels and involves guiding teams through Scrum and Kanban practices while aligning delivery with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain sprint reports, release documentation and delivery artefacts.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams on Scrum principles and ensure adherence to organisational standards.
• Coordinate knowledge sharing, delivery planning and alignment with governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable work.
• Support multiple Agile initiatives, quickly onboard to new projects and adapt to changing priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business or related field; NYSC completed.
• 4–15+ years of relevant experience depending on the level applied for.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery and enterprise‑scale digital environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
