Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join Zhongxin Network Technology in Lagos. You will be responsible for promoting our advertising and media products directly to retail outlets, ensuring product visibility and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail shops, supermarkets and kiosks daily to sell products and meet sales targets.
• Promote new offerings, upsell existing customers and maintain merchandising standards.
• Load the company van, follow the route plan and deliver goods accurately and on time.
• Collect payments (cash, transfer, POS), issue receipts and reconcile cash and stock at day‑end.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, handle complaints and provide market feedback.
• Submit daily sales reports, monitor competitor activity and ensure compliance with safety and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum OND/HND/BSc qualification or equivalent experience.
• At least 12 months of experience in van sales, field sales or FMCG sales.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets and manage time effectively.
