About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position in Ikeja focuses on building and expanding strategic partnerships with real‑estate developers. The Sales Manager will drive business growth by identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, and aligning sales initiatives with company objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Generate new leads and nurture relationships with real‑estate developers.
- Identify business opportunities and create strategic partnership agreements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sales efforts support overall company goals.
- Monitor market trends and adjust plans accordingly.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales management, business development, and account management.
- Strong understanding of the real‑estate industry and familiarity with furniture solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Analytical mindset with experience assessing market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the furniture or e‑commerce sector is a plus.
- Proactive problem‑solver who can work independently.
