About the role
Liebherr-Nigeria Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the growth of its maritime cranes and construction machinery portfolio across West Africa. You will be the primary point of contact for new and existing customers, driving business development and ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire new customers and develop strategic business opportunities for construction products in West Africa.
- Prepare and coordinate offers with the headquarters, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Lead contract negotiations and support the drafting of agreements.
- Identify growth and partnership potentials through market research and key‑figure analysis.
- Collaborate with head offices on sales, marketing, product management and technical support, reporting to the Division Board and local management.
Required profile
- Technical or economic education completed, supplemented by relevant business studies or courses.
- Several years of experience in a comparable sales role within an industrial environment.
- Experience in the construction industry, preferably in Africa, is an advantage.
- Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English and French.
- Willingness to travel throughout Africa and Europe, self‑organized work style, and a valid driver’s licence.
