About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the distribution of Nature Gas compressors and a range of oilfield equipment to customers in Nigeria's oil & gas industry. The role focuses on achieving sales targets through market penetration, strategic planning, and closing orders.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Create and execute strategic and tactical sales plans to meet market objectives.
  • Monitor market dynamics, conduct volume and margin analysis, and support tender activities.
  • Resolve customer operational issues and ensure pricing performance integrity.
  • Produce market research and competitor analysis reports to aid management decisions.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethics, and support supervisory duties as needed.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the oil & gas industry.
  • Familiarity with Nigeria's oil and gas sector, including relevant standards and regulations.
  • Established connections with National Oil Companies and Oil Service Companies in Nigeria.
