Relationship Manager

About the role

Exinity is seeking a proactive Relationship Manager to drive client acquisition and business development across Lagos and key Nigerian markets. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and existing trading clients, guiding them through onboarding and ongoing portfolio growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead new client acquisition through outreach, networking, referrals and events while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Conduct initial needs assessments, present educational resources and platform capabilities, and convert prospects into active trading clients.
• Maintain and expand an active client portfolio with personalized voice and digital support, monitoring trading activity to identify upsell opportunities.
• Meet and exceed monthly new‑client acquisition targets and broader sales KPIs.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports, keeping management informed of pipeline health and market feedback.
• Stay updated on global economic indicators, central bank decisions and geopolitical events that affect forex markets, translating insights into client‑focused advice.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 36 months of experience in sales, business development or client relationship management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to meet acquisition targets and work collaboratively across departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking client interactions and pipeline activity.
