Regional Project Manager

About the role

The Regional Project Manager will support the delivery of fibre‑to‑the‑home (FTTH) projects across the assigned region. This role ensures that construction activities, permits, and documentation are managed efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the senior Project Manager in planning and executing FTTH deployments.
• Oversee site construction, obtain permits, and coordinate subcontractors.
• Track project progress, allocate resources, and guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Verify that construction quality complies with engineering specifications and contract terms.
• Liaise with customers, subcontractors, and technical teams for installation, commissioning, and acceptance.
• Support the optimisation and standardisation of regional project execution processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in FTTH project management or comparable telecom projects.
• Familiarity with civil works, ADSS or figure‑8 cable deployments is preferred.
• Strong subcontractor management and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in English and MS Office; knowledge of MS Project or Power BI is a plus.
