Quantity Surveyor (Pile) – Lagos

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial and contractual management of piling and foundation projects in Lagos. The role focuses on accurate quantity measurement, cost control, and ensuring project profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take‑offs, BOQs, cost estimates and budgets for piling works.
• Review drawings, specifications and geotechnical reports to support project costing.
• Monitor project costs, variations, claims and change orders.
• Prepare and verify client invoices, subcontractor payments and monthly valuations.
• Maintain accurate records of quantities, costs and commercial documentation.
• Support procurement activities and subcontractor management.
• Produce cost reports, forecasts and final accounts.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, clients and subcontractors on commercial matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 10‑15 years of proven quantity surveying experience with strong exposure to piling, foundation and geotechnical projects.
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying practices, contract administration and cost control.
• Ability to interpret structural and geotechnical drawings.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with quantity surveying software.
