Project Manager – Talent Hunt Event

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead the Melody, Light & Laugh Talent Hunt 2026 from the initial outreach phase through to the grand finale. This project‑based role will coordinate volunteers, partners, and media teams to ensure a seamless execution of the event.

Key responsibilities

• Manage outreach efforts to churches, campuses and other community partners.
• Coordinate volunteers and internal team members, assigning tasks and tracking progress.
• Maintain consistency across social media channels and content assets.
• Liaise with designers and the media team to deliver visual and promotional materials.
• Drive talent submissions, encourage participation and monitor entry pipelines.
• Support overall event planning, logistics and on‑site execution.
