Product Manager – Front-End Channels (Mobile/Web)

About the role

The Product Manager for Front-End Channels will lead the strategy, execution, and continuous optimisation of Renmoney’s mobile and web customer‑facing platforms. Working with cross‑functional squads, you will create intuitive digital journeys that drive acquisition, retention and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and champion a compelling product vision for mobile and web channels aligned with business goals.
• Lead UI/UX revamps to improve usability, accessibility and visual appeal for all users.
• Own the product backlog, prioritise features and manage sprints across engineering, QA, DevOps and business analysis teams.
• Use customer feedback, usability testing and behavioural analytics to optimise onboarding, navigation and feature adoption.
• Drive improvements in loan‑funnel conversion, savings engagement and transaction completion, reducing drop‑offs.
• Collaborate with lending, risk, customer service and marketing teams to ensure platform scalability and regulatory compliance.
• Plan and coordinate beta roll‑outs, production deployments and emergency hot‑fixes.
• Define and monitor KPIs such as activation rates, MAU/WAU, churn and page performance using analytics tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or consumer digital products.
• Proven track record of delivering mobile and web applications end‑to‑end.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into product decisions.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and managing agile delivery cycles.
• Knowledge of Nigerian fintech regulatory and data‑privacy standards.
