About the role
The Operations / Supply Lead will coordinate procurement, supply planning, inventory, warehousing and order fulfilment for a fast‑moving consumer goods retailer.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate procurement, supply planning, inventory, warehousing and order fulfilment.
- Establish operational SOPs and controls, forecast stock requirements with Commercial/Sales.
- Prevent stock‑outs, overstocking, losses and fulfilment delays.
- Manage suppliers and operational service providers.
- Improve efficiency as order and distribution volumes increase.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in FMCG/supply‑chain/operations.
- Minimum HND in a related field.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent process‑building and problem‑solving ability.
- Competence in inventory and supply‑planning.
