About the role

Medessy Enterprises Limited is seeking an experienced driver to safely operate 30‑ and 35‑tonne trailer trucks. The role involves transporting goods within and outside Lagos while ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain 30‑ and 35‑tonne trailer trucks.
• Transport and deliver goods to designated locations.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after each trip.
• Ensure timely delivery and proper handling of cargo.
• Comply with traffic regulations, road safety standards, and company policies.
• Report vehicle faults, accidents, and incidents promptly.
• Maintain accurate trip records and delivery documentation.
• Keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant heavy‑truck driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with heavy‑duty vehicle endorsements.
• Certificate of professional competence or equivalent certifications where applicable.
• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of Lagos routes.
• Disciplined, punctual, reliable and safety‑conscious.
• Physically fit for the demands of the role.
