Operations & Service Delivery Coordinator

About the role

The Operations & Service Delivery Coordinator will oversee the end‑to‑end execution of programmes, ensuring that customer, vendor and internal activities are aligned and delivered on schedule. This role bridges product, project and service teams within the Energy & Utilities sector, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the operating plan, action tracker, timelines, risk register and decision log for all programmes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities across customer delivery, hardware, software, finance, legal and external partners.
• Monitor action owners, escalating delayed or high‑risk items promptly.
• Prepare weekly execution reviews highlighting progress, priorities, risks and decisions.
• Manage a register of customers, prospects, open issues and commitments, providing timely written updates.
• Track service issues through resolution or documented action plans, supporting onboarding, installation scheduling and post‑installation follow‑up.
• Communicate with meter suppliers, connectivity providers, installers and service partners, tracking quotations, technical dependencies and delivery dates.
• Support site‑readiness assessments, field visits, installation planning, commissioning activities and maintain vendor, procurement and asset records.
