About the role

SabiRecruit is hiring a full-time Manager based in Lagos (Marina) to supervise and coordinate daily business operations. The role covers staff coordination, service delivery and reporting, and requires working onsite.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily business operations.
  • Manage staff activities and monitor their performance.
  • Ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle operational challenges and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor productivity and maintain workplace standards.
  • Prepare operational reports and give updates to management.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Ability to work onsite and manage daily operations effectively.
  • Must reside around Baruwa, Ayobo or Ikeja.

Required skills

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organisational and decision-making skills.
