About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dynamic Operations and Sales Coordinator to act as the central hub between sales acquisition and project execution. The role ensures seamless communication, efficient logistics, and administrative excellence across the company’s diesel haulage and oil‑and‑gas services.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales pipeline information flow between Sales, Technical, and Finance teams.
  • Assist in preparing, formatting, and submitting proposals, contracts, and tender documents.
  • Serve as secondary client contact for sales follow‑ups, meeting scheduling, and documentation management.
  • Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Facilitate project kick‑off meetings, communicate client requirements, and allocate resources.
  • Monitor project timelines, flag potential delays, and maintain project documentation.
  • Coordinate site logistics, including material procurement, delivery schedules, and permits.
  • Identify process improvements for the sales‑to‑delivery handoff.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes.
  • Maintain accurate data in the company’s CRM/ERP system.

Required profile

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal teams and external clients.
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.

Required skills

  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Experience with ERP platforms.
