Operations Analyst – Entry Level

About the role

Fiscal 12 is a strategic finance and fractional CFO advisory firm looking for a detail‑oriented Operations Analyst to support internal processes, workflow coordination, and day‑to‑day administration. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on exposure to people operations, systems, and process improvement in a fast‑growing, remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to employees and leadership.
• Coordinate workflows, track tasks, and facilitate internal communication across teams.
• Monitor progress in workflow or project‑management tools and update status.
• Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding, including access setup and documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and operational databases.
• Support internal deliverables, reporting, and process‑documentation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, project management or business support.
• Strong analytical, organizational and task‑management abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative and grow within an operations function.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite.
