Odoo Executive

About the role

We are looking for an Odoo Executive to lead training and implementation activities for our ERP system. The role involves delivering live, virtual and onsite sessions, creating learning materials, and supporting users across multiple Odoo modules. You will work closely with business units to align the software with our operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive training sessions, webinars and workshops for users of varying skill levels.
• Develop user manuals, slide decks, cheat‑sheets and video tutorials covering Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Purchase and Manufacturing modules.
• Customize lesson plans to match client‑specific workflows and standard operating procedures.
• Provide post‑training support, troubleshoot basic issues and gather feedback to measure training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure accurate configuration of Odoo modules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, IT, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum three years of hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP, including implementation or consulting.
• Strong understanding of Nigerian tax and accounting practices is an advantage.
• Excellent presentation, public speaking and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Odoo ERP functional expertise (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Purchase, Manufacturing).
• ERP implementation and configuration.
• Odoo certification (preferred).
