Network Manager – Lagos

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Network Manager to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our network infrastructure in Lagos. The role is full‑time, on‑site and reports to the Technical Director.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the infrastructure, network, and service delivery for international IP leased lines, national IP transit, backhaul, and metropolitan leased lines.
• Supervise the team, resources, and service providers to ensure delivery and quality of connectivity.
• Oversee technical implementation of initiatives in collaboration with all stakeholders.
• Assist the Group Engineering team in deploying network infrastructure and ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop and maintain network resilience and redundancy plans.
• Monitor technological trends and implement relevant changes to evolve the infrastructure.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain network availability and quality indicators for all routes.
• Lead disaster recovery processes for systems and infrastructure.
• Ensure appropriate maintenance processes to preserve long‑term service performance.
• Produce network infrastructure management procedures and activity reports.
• Escalate issues to management, comply with QHSE and anti‑corruption standards, and act as the technical director’s local liaison.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in telecommunications, computer science or equivalent.
