Marketing Specialist – Solar Energy

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness and customer engagement for our solar home systems and PAYGO solutions. You will join a forward‑thinking team focused on delivering sustainable energy to households.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that boost brand visibility and drive customer interaction.
• Create compelling campaigns for solar home systems and PAYGO products across digital and traditional channels.
• Conduct market research to uncover customer needs, preferences, and emerging industry trends.
• Manage social media, email marketing, events, and other communication channels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to increase product uptake and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance, providing actionable insights for optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of proven marketing experience, preferably in the solar home‑systems sector.
• Strong understanding of branding and marketing strategy.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Photography skills for high‑quality visual content.
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience using Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience using Canva.
